Recalled Products Policy - Pending Protocol If a product is recalled that was manufactured in or came from a factory lot that we sourced from and sold to, replacement / refund will be handled based on such damaged or recalled products

Damaged Products Policy - Pending Protocol If boxes are damaged beyond a normal / reasonable amount to the point that product inside the boxes is affected, we will not invoice for those damaged boxes. We will pick up damaged products from client to return to manufacturer. Damaged products can be kept or discarded by client depending on manufactures protocol.
