We have streamlined ordering on our website to be as simple and user friendly as possible. Simply click the item of your choosing, select the quantity and add to cart. When you have finished selecting the items you would like, you may click over to the checkout screen, enter the shipping details and place the order.

2. PAYMENT DETAILS
Once an order has been placed, payment details will be requested and funds are sent directly to our production manager. We take all orders into serious account and want the process to perform smoothly.
3. SAMPLE & APPROVAL
When funds are received, we send product samples to the client for production approval (these samples may take 10 - 14 days to be delivered). While all of our products are fully FDA approved and certified, different aspects of the products carry different value depending on the client. Once the samples have been approved, we can begin the production process.
If the samples are approved, we can finalize a timeframe for production and shipping. Our items are tested and checked before packaging. When the manufacturing process has finished our products are then sent to our ports in long beach where they are the prepared for domestic shipping to your location.
When our products have arrived in our ports we finalize the domestic shipping details. All specifications for shipping are confirmed with the client and our logistics manager and products are then shipped to your location.
The shipment will be tracked until products have arrived at their destination. Upon arrival we will provide confirmation that your products have been delivered and no damages have been incurred. Certificates for the product will be included prior to shipping and with the products themselves.
